Ada Jonušė
Ada Jonušė is a startup founder, women empowerment agent, connector. She co-founded and led Lympo, a global app, encouraging healthy lifestyle using blockchain technology. After leaving European politics, Ada worked with hi-tech startups in the United States and later became entrepreneur herself. Ada is also co-founder of W@, a network for women professionals. Her aspiration is to work with great people on meaningful projects. Ada gets inspiration from meditation, science and art.
Aleksandra Koposova
Aleksandra Koposova is a young entrepreneur and owner of the Hotpod Yoga Berlin — hottest spot in Berlin. She went to learn yoga at the very roots of it — India, completing the teacher’s course at Ashtanga Yoga School. She knew that Kranti in Goa is her meditation and her path. After teaching in multiple places including Berlin, London, Greece and across Europe, gathering experience in different seminars, retreats and courses, Aleksandra built a teaching style based on freer-flowing, self-discovering and musical experiences, while preserving the singularity of every body movement. Aleksandra has also been named “Techno yoga pioneer” by Nike Berlin for joining the music scene with yoga experience in different special events as well as an alternative health approach creator.
Beata Nicholson
Beata Nicholson is a mother of 4 children, author of 8 bestselling cookbooks and bestselling cookery and lifestyle magazine. She is a home and TV cook, entrepreneur and has been in media all her professional life. Beata is general people and world lover and is lucky to see her ideas come to life.
Dr. Amanda Foreman
Dr. Amanda Foreman is the author of the prize-winning best sellers: Georgiana, Duchess of Devonshire and A World on Fire: A Epic History of Two Nations Divided. In 2016, Foreman served as chair of The Man Booker Prize. That same year, her BBC documentary series, The Ascent of Woman, was released. Her next book, The World Made by Women, is scheduled to be published by Penguin Random House in 2021. Currently, she is a columnist for The Wall Street Journal bi-weekly Historically Speaking.
Danguolė Altman
Danguolė Altman is a President and CEO of Cx Precision Medicine, a company developing cutting-edge technology for neurodegenerative disease. She is also a Partner with Newport, a strategic advisory firm. Ms. Altman started her career at McKinsey and Co. and has founded and led companies in women’s health care services, physician practice management, and specialty pharma. She is co-Vice Chairman of the Baltic-American Freedom Foundation and on the board of the Harvard Alumni Association. She holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Yale School of Management. Ms. Altman is driven by a quest to improve health through innovation.
Emily Broughton
Emily is a voice for the world’s waters as she believes water is a holistic approach to view our interactions with the world. After studying her Masters at Sciences Po in Paris in International Public Management she launched Saving the Grace in July 2018 to share about conscious living for world water healing through 5 areas of change: lifestyle, food, fashion, wellness and how we act in the world. Emily is transitioning Saving the Grace to a sustainable management consultancy for sustainability and water regeneration for agricultural and fashion businesses to have a positive impact on the planet, using an integrated approach to that works for people, planet and bottom-lines.
Dr. Elena Keidošiūtė
Elena holds BA in Cultural Anthropology and MA in Jewish History and Culture. In 2015 she received a PhD in History, her main field of research being Jewish history in Lithuania in 19th-20th century. Originally from Vilnius, during her academic career she studied and held various positions in Lithuania, Israel, UK and US. Since 2016 she has been holding a position of Cultural Attaché of Lithuania in Israel and has been based in Tel Aviv, where she lives with her husband. Her main goals have been to facilitate collaborations and networking between the cultural professionals and artists in Lithuania and Israel as well as initiating and supporting presentations of Lithuanian art and culture here.
Farida Chettab Brouwer
French-born, educated in France, the USA and Asia, Farida is the founder of Salamander Lifestyle, a spa consultancy firm. She has over 30 years of experience in the wellness and spa industry and is fully qualified in various spa and healing modalities, in spa management and customer’s communication. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Positive Psychology and a Certificate in Positive Psychology Coaching. As a spa consultant, Farida has built an impressive international experience and portfolio. As a soul coach, through her “Insightful Conversations”, Farida allows her natural skills and abilities to guide and support those who are in search of growth and transformation.
Ieva Zubavičiūtė
Ieva believes in a positive fashion and dedicates her professional as well as personal life to educate, advise and invest in sustainable fashion brands and start-ups. Having chosen her career in fashion, as a fashion journalist and recruiter, she has destined herself to work in the industry that has not been kind for people or the planet. Thus she decided to make conscious decisions in her personal and professional choices — to help grow businesses that make a positive impact in the industry that needs to change for good. She is always looking for innovative sustainable brands to work with and invest in.
Indrė Butkevičiūtė
Indrė is a wealth coach and works with women who are looking to take control of their finances. Whether that’s providing insight and training into “new” ways to make money, or providing guidance on how to grow their existing finances — she can help. Indrė uses her extensive knowledge, earned through education and her career working in Private Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley to benefit regular, everyday women. Not only that, but she also “walks the talk” and is always experimenting, trying out new financial trends to see what actually works.
Justina Kasparavičienė
Justina is co-founder and director of the WHUB club. She is sales and marketing specialist with work experience within luxury and boutique brands. Her broad experience in multicultural environment within both business-to-customer and business-to-business relations and critical thinking allows to look into situations innovatively and creatively. She ventured into opening a WHUB club while pregnant and now shares her experience openly on how she manages both: having entrepreneurship and motherhood. Her personal mission is to inspire mothers to seek their dreams and do not let social stigmas stop it and calls herself mumpreneur.
Karina Andriukaitienė
Karina is a lawyer and an Associated Partner at TGS Baltic with a specialized area of expertise in investment funds. She has more than 13 years of professional experience with structuring various projects related to investments into private equity, real estate, energy and debt sectors not excluding investments into art pieces and fashion. Karina is supporting the necessity of diversity and has been awarded for the initiative of the year – Women in Private Equity by the Lithuanian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association in 2020.
Laura Gabrielaitytė-Kazulėnienė
Laura Gabrielaitytė-Kazulėnienė is a Cultural Attaché of Lithuania to the Italian Republic. She has contributed to implementing various international collaborations and co-creative projects, including residency and exchange programmes, tours and festivals across the world. Laura has a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural History and Anthropology and a Master’s degree in Heritage Protection. She studied art history at the University of Trieste and since then Italy has become her second home. For most of Laura’s career, she was responsible for the coordination of international projects at “Menų spaustuvė” in Vilnius. She led the organisation team for international IETM network‘s annual meeting held at “Vilnius 2009”.
Lina Gallagher
Lina Gallagher is a founder and head of eCommerce at Emerce Consulting. She has been shortlisted among the Top 100 Women in Lithuania and awarded as a digital leader at Women in Tech in the Middle East awards. She aspires to set a great example for her kids and wants them to know that the sky is not the limit. Lina is driven to become a real expert in eCommerce and be the first person CEOs think about when they talk “eCommerce in the Middle East”. She is passionate about improving people’s lives through technology and aspires to lead, guide and motivate people so they enjoy working with her.
Marriam Mossalli
Marriam Mossalli is the founder of Niche Arabia, Saudi Arabia’s premier consulting agency, offering marketing and communications services for brands entering the Saudi market. She began her career in the industry as a lifestyle editor, developing a global network of contacts that allowed her to build a portfolio of esteemed clientele, among them Mercedes-Benz, Fendi, Piaget, Harvey Nichols, and Christie’s. Marriam is the only Saudi national listed on the prestigious Business Fashion 500 list for two consecutive years and has recently published Under The Abaya: Street Style from Saudi Arabia, a book that explores the achievements and style of progressive women in Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Nichola Conlon
Nichola is a scientist specializing in the study of ageing. Building on her expertise in molecular biology and years focused on early-stage drug discovery, Nichola co-founded Nuchido to bring potent, life-enhancing scientific discoveries and education to the public with speed and transparency. Nichola’s work to translate recent scientific discoveries into interventions to increase healthspan and vitality recognizes that while great progress has been made in treating age-related ailments, the focus now must be placed on reducing the burden of ageing as we live longer lives.
Odeta Bložienė
Odeta is the manager and co-owner of family restaurants Jurgis ir drakonas and Brookly Brothers. She is the host and co-author of the financial literacy TV show Piniginės reikalai and an expert in personal finance.
Osha Key
Osha Key is a belief rewiring expert, transformational coach, author, speaker and the founder of the KEY method. She helps ambitious people figure out the next level in business and life, and get there by aligning their minds with their beliefs for the desired reality. Osha has been running a purpose-driven, location independent online business since 2012. She has lived in 7 different countries and is fascinated by the human mind and the power it has over love, money and life.
Patricija Miklušienė
Patricija Miklušienė, is the moderator of the WHUB SUMMIT conference, co-founder of the WHUB club, and the founder of „The We Agency’’ — a global consulting company that helps to launch and grow beauty, SPA and wellness brands. She is a mentor at the “LT Big Brother”, “Mommypreneurs” and “idialogue” projects. Patricija believes that every person, company, or brand is special and has its own unique story to tell. For the last 15 years, she has been working for and with the international, niche, premium beauty and wellness brands; empowering companies, their founders, and teams in these sectors. Patricija’s key drivers in life are people, sense of purpose, vulnerable leadership, products and services that create lasting value for the consumer. She likes to combine innovative ideas with commercial ones, believes in a future based on true human values, and has a passion for well ageing, wellbeing and harmonious life.
Raminta Šlepikaitė
Raminta is experienced in trade marketing, online communications, and brand strategy. She loves improving processes and creating brand activation planning where creativity and strategic thinking complement each other to address customer and brand needs. Currently, she does online communications at Tesonet. Her biggest professional achievement happened around 4 years ago when she left Lithuania and moved over to Denmark for the Brand & Communications Master’s degree. Those 3,5 years of studying and working were the most prominent to both her professional and personal life, broadening up psychological limits and perspective to life. Her key driver is open-minded people. Raminta aspires to create value that lasts.
Selda Goodwin
Selda works in healing and has spent 20 years cultivating a space to be able to live from a place of balance, peace and love. Coming from a fast-paced advertising world, she believes in empowering women to listen to their inner wisdom. She is daily inspired by women who seize opportunities, take risks and live heartfelt existences, even when faced with a challenge and difficulty. She will continue to shine a light for anyone in need as Selda believes that we all have a gift to share with the world.
Vaiva Rykštaitė
Vaiva is an author, columnist, mentor and influencer. Story telling and authentic living are the current areas of representing herself. “Representing” because Vaiva has to choose her public face every day, thus to define her work in a certain way. Vaiva’s actual life is way more than that, yet consequently harder to describe.
Žydrūnė Vitaitė
Žydrūnė Vitaitė is an experienced manager in tech businesses and leader in various NGOs. Currently, the Head of Sales at ELDES, Žydrūnė is also the co-founder of Women Go Tech — the first mentorship program in Lithuania encouraging women to choose a career in tech. The program is supported by international corporations including the largest donation in Baltics from Google.org, patronized by the President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaitė. Žydrunė has developed numerous local and international conferences and regularly speaks at global events (including the WEF Annual Meeting in Davos 2018, OSCE, WPL Events) on topics of women’s empowerment, men’s role in gender parity, community building.
