Alexia Usgaard

Alexia is a leadership expert, self-care advocate, and Founder of The FEARCE Movement. She has spent over a decade studying fear, integrative biology, stress, mindfulness, and leadership across the world, from Silicon Valley to Southeast Asia, and now Africa, using what she’s learned to support women to redefine success on their terms. Alexia has also worked with some of the world’s leading entrepreneurs, influencers, and billionaire CEOs. Alexia is currently coaching female leaders around the world, speaking on leadership and empowerment panels, changing organizations from the inside out, and offering group coaching programs with the mission of connecting the visionary women of the world.

Asta Ghorbal

Co-founder of ‘’INVENTI’’, mentor at the ‘’Woman Go Tech’’ program, winner of the “Woman as a Technology Leader” awards, Ernst & Young Entrepreneurial Winning Women program laureate. Asta started working at the IT sector 16 years ago and is a great example of how without a technical education and knowledge it is possible to build a career in this sector. For two years in a row, ‘’INVENTI’’ has been included in the Deloitte Technology 500, the list of the fastest growing technology companies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In almost nine years ‘’INVENTI’’ has implemented over 50 projects in Lithuania and abroad, and is proud to be trusted by such clients as Revolut, Mambu, CircleK, SEB, Luminor, Unicredit, Bitė ” and many others.

Arminta Saladžienė

Nasdaq Vice President for the European Market, Head of the Nasdaq Technology and Business Competence Center, and office in Lithuania. Arminta manages the Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian and Icelandic securities markets. Arminta is the Chairman of the Council of the depository of the Nasdaq Tallinn, Nasdaq Riga, Nasdaq Vilnius and Nasdaq CSD stock exchanges providing post-trade services in the region. Arminta founded and manages the Nasdaq Technology and Business Competence Center in Vilnius, which since its inception in 2015 grew rapidly to nearly a quarter of a hundred employees. She is also actively involved in the activities of “Invest in Lithuania” and is a member of the board of this organization, which seeks to attract foreign investment to Lithuania. Arminta is one of the founders of the association “Lyderė”, which aims to strengthen women’s leadership in business, she is also a member of the Board of Trustees at the Vilnius University, one of the founders of the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance and the chairman of the board.

Aušrinė Pasvenskienė

VDU Faculty of Law, Vice-Dean, responsible for international relations and marketing. Aušrinė teaches civil and educational law, participates in research projects in which her research interests are the interaction of law, education and technology. She is also a member of Legal Hackers Vilnius, participates in legal education projects, and gives lectures to students.

Gina Swire

Is a business mentor and a self-love expert on a global mission to help a billion women fall madly in love with themselves. After struggling with her own self-worth and image issues, Gina quit her career as a plus-size model at the height of her fame in order to embark on her own journey of transformation. Her work has been featured in VOGUE Magazine, Elephant Journal, Yoga Guide Magazine and Psychologies magazine. Today she travels the world leading live workshops, hosting retreats, coaching private clients, and speaking on stages from Burning Man to Bali, as she inspires women everywhere to love themselves, love their lives, and use it all to do good for the planet.

Kirsty Hulse

Kirsty is the founder of ”Roar! Training”, coach, speaker, author, working with global companies to level the professional playing field. Having partnered with global brands such as IBM and Virgin Atlantic she has a wealth of real world corporate experience which she brings to her speaking.  Kirsty is an accomplished speaker and travels across the globe speaking to audiences of thousands about business disruption and collaboration. She is a brain based coach and is an expert in organisational neuroscience, using scientific evidence to support her corporate work and experience. Her book “The Future of Freelance” is a #1 bestseller.

Karina Sudenytė

Co-founder, CMO at ‘’Flawsome!’’, Forbes 30 under 30, has always had a keen interest in social dynamics and an appreciation of mother nature, having grown up intrigued by her grandmother’s stories about wildlife and sustainable living. Karina came across the ‘Love Food Hate Waste’ Campaign, which noted that we throw away over 4.4 million apples every day. This is when she decided to start the global mission against waste and transform imperfect fruit into perfectly crafted cold pressed juices – because there is no ‘Planet B’ – and co-founded ‘’ Flawsome!’’. As a mom of twins and an entrepreneur Karina believes in a sustainable future, and she is on a mission to educate the next generation so there is no food waste and no food poverty.

Kotryna Stankutė-Jaščemskienė

Manager of Philanthropist Marius Jakulis Jason Foundation, which provides financial support to researchers, students and entrepreneurs who want to return and create in Lithuania. Before contributing to the development of this fund, Kotryna led the Lithuanian Network of Global Lithuanian Leaders for almost 6 years. At this stage, she realized that her purpose in life was to unite people and build communities. Before returning to Lithuania, Kotryna spent three years in Asia, where she worked in the public relations department of the Asia-Europe Foundation in Singapore and in the marketing team at the international Limkokwing University of Creative Technologies, Malaysia.

Laura Hanning

A former United Nations climate negotiator, a graduate student at the University of Cambridge. Laura has completed a design course at London Fashion College and created one of the most innovative luxury brands, Faldan. In February 2020, at London Fashion Week, she presented the highly successful Red Recycled Reality Room installation.

Marija Valaitė

CEO & founder of ”MATH scientific” skincare. She is a visionary entrepreneur with a track record of developing and supervising numerous global brands ranging from skincare to IT. Her international expertise is built on the foundation of impeccable quality, innovation, leadership, and teamwork. ”MATH scientific” is an innovative science-based skincare development company creating a world where everyone can feel confident in their own skin.

Rūta Laukien

Is a partner at ”GrayBella Capital” – an investment partnership investing in fast-growth technology and healthcare related companies in Europe. Rūta has more than 12 years of investment-banking experience, including a strong background in M&A, debt capital markets and equity capital raises. Rūta is also the creator and founder of Liquid Art House “L.A.H.” – an innovative gallery – restaurant concept that balances art, space and design through the prism of social dining, first of it’s kind concept that combines art, fashion, music, cocktails and food under one roof, and a place where you can purchase everything.

 

Rūta Pulkauninkaitė - Macikė

General Manager at the luxury hotel PACAI and the restaurant MUROS. Rūta has over 18 years experience in hospitality businesses, and over the last 10 years she has managed three large hotels in different categories.

Stefania Arzamendia

Is a psychologist, holistic wellbeing consultant, founder of ‘’The Barefoot Woman’’, which integrates Humanistic Psychology, Bioenergetic Therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine principles to examine what is blocking women and men from reaching happiness. Stefania supports her clients by keeping them on track towards a better future by offering a space to examine their life, emotions and health in great depth.

Vaiva Rykštaitė

Writer, author of 8 bestsellers. A bright, eloquent, love emigrant living in Hawaii, but with deep Lithuanian roots. After graduating in philosophy, she continues her career working as a housewife. Writes books, teaches yoga, travels with daughters, and takes care of ecology.
